Hayoung Soybean is suitable for plant-based protein because it lacks the lipoxygenase protein, Kunitz trypsin inhibitor protein, 7S alpha subunit protein, and other proteins that cause a beany odor, allergies, and digestion inhibition.

From the soybean farming to manufactring plant-based food, The PlantEat Inc. have been developing its own way to create better alternative food items.

PAM (Plant-Based Alternative Making) System

We, The PlantEat, built up the 1.1million food ingredients database and input on our own AI food R&D program named PAMS (Plant-Based Alternatives Making System). We develop alternative food using this PAM system through the process of food ingredients combination and simulation. We are dramatically saving resources and time for food R&D through the PAM system. Especially we’ve got a winner prize from 2022 World Plant-Based Awards with our Chipotle Mayo Sauce created through our PAM system.
